Our Value & Promise of Service
Over the past 20 years of business, we have all watched as the chemical industry change in both size and stature. Through mergers and acquisitions, the invention of the internet, and the standardization of global expectations; each of us has been forced to adapt to an ever changing market. “We” are constantly being asked to provide better products with better service, at better economics. For this reason, we at TRI believe that it is more important than ever to form trusting partnerships with both our customers and our suppliers.
We fully understand that many of these services are not in high demand on a regular basis, but we have found that over time, each of us has probably passed on an opportunity because it was either too difficult to produce, we didn’t have the right equipment, it was too large or too small, or we simply didn’t have the right permits. Often times those are the pieces of business that are most beneficial because often our competition shies away for those same reasons.
Along with vast production capabilities, these services offer our customers a wide range of opportunities to expand and improve their business. We treat all suppliers and customers with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality, consistent with their often proprietary manufacturing requirements.
