Women in Chemicals Mission
Our mission at Women in Chemicals is to empower women in the chemical industry. However, our community facilitates so much more. In what is still a heavily male dominated industry, we recognized a gap for an authentic and support-centric network for women. We wanted to create a community to combine our respective super powers to connect, collaborate, share expertise, and continue blasting through the glass ceiling.
Bringing Women Together
Women in Chemicals is a 501(c)3 nonprofit with a mission to create and identify opportunities to empower women in the chemical industry. Through our programs and initiatives, we are connecting women in the chemical industry spanning functions including Leadership, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Strategy, R&D. Our community comes from end users, distributors, manufacturers and service providers from Fortune 500s, family-owned businesses, and everything in between.
