"Teamwork Makes the Dreams Work"
As West Coast Regional Sales Director, my primary role is to support our teams existing customers while identifying new customers and potential product lines in five geographic states (WA, OR, CA, ID, NV). I communicate daily with TRI’s Purchasing Department enabling me to deliver the most competitive product and service our customer’s specific and unique needs. These responsibilities enable me to work with a myriad of diverse customers where I can utilize my ability to work in a team environment and analyze numerous market trends and data points.
– MA Organizational Leadership – University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) 2012.
– BS Business Administration – Central Washington University 2003.
Prior to TRI-2017, I served on Active Duty in the US Army from 2003-2017 as an Air Defense Officer. During that time I had the opportunity to serve in a plethora of positions from Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Operations Officer, Commander, and ROTC Instructor. I worked all over the continental U.S. as well as several countries in Southwest Asia. These tremendous experiences taught me how to excel as an individual and a team member in a diverse and complex operating environment.
I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, camping, fishing and hiking. I am an avid runner and staying active is really important to me. My daughter and I are huge Seattle Seahawks fans and really enjoy rooting them on Sunday’s in the fall. I enjoy trying new places to eat in the Seattle area and exploring all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. To relax, I enjoy going for a hike or spending time outdoors.
I enjoy working in a diverse team environment. TRI allows me work with an awesome team while supporting the very diverse needs of our customers.
I have a great sense of humor and enjoy learning new perspectives and ideas. I personally obtain the most satisfaction when I meet my teammates and customer’s needs. When the inevitable friction points arise I strive to “hunt the good” and present solutions as opposed to problems.
