“As we let our own light shine, we consciously give other people permission to do the same.” – Nelson Mandela
As a member of our Executive Management Team I share responsibility for the care and development of our team and provide support to our CEO and Founder. I assist in managing the mood of the organization, help set the standards for our culture and provide development training for all departments. I oversee Human Resources and Compliance, my responsibilities include, but are not limited to; NACD Responsible Distribution, employee onboarding, expense management reconciliation, community outreach programs, company policies and procedures and company benefit programs.
My education at Seattle University embraced a foundation in development of the whole person. I was taught the significance of being a well-rounded individual and I believe this characteristic has added to my success at work. For more than 15 years my roles and responsibilities at TRI have been multifaceted and I have been provided with daily opportunities to learn new skills and knowledge, work in teams with diverse personalities, and help in the professional development of others. My education and on the job experience have directly prepared me for my role in Human Resources & Compliance.
My hobbies include playing slow-pitch softball, crocheting, hiking, crafting, and singing. In my leisure time I enjoy game nights, dinner parties, journaling, road trips, and travel.
I truly enjoy being a part of our organization and can’t name just one favorite thing. There are so many wonderful qualities that have kept me at TRI for more than 15 years; our culture, our leadership, and our team. They are all interconnected and are the foundation of what makes TRI a world class organization.
Every year I honor my grandmother’s tradition of making homemade tamales on Christmas Eve.
My self-expression, I am an animated speaker who uses my hands to communicate.

Keep working hard, keep hustling, keep following your gut AND don’t forget to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Life is about balance and it’s ok to play as hard as you work. You only get one life, stay present and live every moment to the fullest. Good things await you!
I would really love to learn how to woodwork. I am an avid crafter and would love to add to my repertoire of skills. Being able to create artwork and crafts in their entirety would be wonderful.
